My Baby

When I first saw my baby I felt weird. The skin is different. His cheeks are so big, or I should say water retention on his cheeks cause him to look like a bull dog. But his arms and legs are kinda skinny and long. He is not chubby as we always see in the poster or advertisement. I cried when I first carry him in my arms. He is so small and fragile.
I cried because I felt sorry that I cannot give him enough rest at the last couple of weeks. My life was stressful at that last period before I gave birth to him. My work demands all my time and attention. And his father has to work oversea during that last couple of weeks before the labor due. He was not around when I admitted to hospital. Yet, I believe my baby is strong.
